ABOUT THE SPACE:
I’ve lived here for just over 5 years (and the girls before me for 7 years!)— this unit is a special find. The price to live in Boulder is pretty unbeatable as some ads are asking this much for a room in a house. The unit is approximately 850 sq. ft with two bedrooms and a full bath (with bathtub). It comes with dishwasher, private deck, onsite laundry, off street parking, and will be unfurnished upon move-in (or partially furnished upon request).

📚 Student? Insanely convenient! CU East Campus: 5 min walk/ 2 min bike ride, CU Main campus: 20 min walk/ 8 min bike ride.
🧗‍♀️ Climber? 10 minutes to Boulder Canyon, 17 minutes to Eldo, and 30 minutes to Clear Creek.
🎿 Skier/ boarder? 40 min to Eldora (north) or 40 minutes to I-70 (south) and you can head into the mountains.
🥾Hiker? Minutes to the any of Boulder’s world class hiking trails and less than an hour to RMNP, perfect for those alpine starts!!
🚶🏻 No transportation? No problem, you can walk, bike, or take the bus to anywhere in Boulder from here.

If you haven’t considered Boulder as a possible option, now is your time to rethink!! This unit is THREE minutes to US-36 which means easy access to anywhere.
