3-4 Bedrooms Available in Clean & Quiet House

3-4 UNFURNISHED bedrooms available to rent in a clean and quiet 4-5 bedroom home in good condition. There will be probably 4 total roommates living in the house. There is space for a 5th bedrooom which is a large room in the basement, but most... tenants have chosen to use that space for a family room or TV room.

You are a great fit if you are a mature or serious student, faculty or a working professional.

We are looking for clean and quiet roommates who do not smoke inside the house. This is a home where people can expect a peaceful environment and quiet hours after 11:00pm. Of course studying after that time is ok if you can be relatively quiet to not disturb the other tenants who may be sleeping in the house. This house is definitely not a social hub or party house. It is for mature students or working professionals that have evolved and respectful living habits and want to live in clean and organized place. It is a home where you can study, rest, and recharge instead of always finding 7+ people hanging out in the house.

The backyard is fairly private with a large covered back porch. This is a favorite place to hang out during the warmer months. The backyard is south facing, so the sun comes up early and you can enjoy the warm sun early in the day most months of the year. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and definitely not like living on University Hill.

The nearest bustop is Moorhead-Table Mesa (2 min walk). Can use bus route 204 to campus (Broadway-Euclid).
