Mostly furnished 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Apt, Unit 6, Close to campus and to Pearl st.

*The rent number includes utilities and wifi.

This is a fully furnished apartment, except for the bedroom you’d be moving into, but I do have a bedside table, dresser, room fan, lamps, and storage items available for your use! The bedroom is...
carpeted and has a spacious closet. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently located just down the road from Pearl St. and a short 10-15 minute walk to campus (depending on your pace).

The unit is on the second floor (unit 6), so while there are a few stairs to climb, we get great light. As a corner unit, it has a patio area that’s perfect for use in the warmer months. The open-plan kitchen and living room feature an island and a makeshift designated bar area. There is AC and heat. Just outside, there’s a lovely stream with a seating area, making for a peaceful spot to relax when the weather is nice.

The only downside is that the building has just one washer and dryer, and they operate on quarters—but on the plus side, there’s rarely a wait to use them! Additionally, we have a storage locker in the laundry area that is completely empty, so you’re welcome to use it.

If you do have a pet, you will have to get it registered with Boulder Property Management as an emotional support/service animal, as pets are technically not allowed.

Roommate Info:
I’m a sophomore at CU, and my pronouns are she/her. I’d describe myself as kind, considerate, and fairly clean. I value honesty and clear communication. I’m open to any gender renting the room, as long as you’re respectful of boundaries. Whether you’d like to be friends or just roommates is entirely up to you!

I currently have the primary bedroom, but if a couple is interested, I’d be open to switching to the slightly smaller room.
