Available Now | 22+ Community | Dog-Friendly | Great Location!

Looking for a roommate to join me in a welcoming, modern apartment in Boulder! The apartment is partially furnished (more to come!), and I'd love to create a comfortable and warm home...
together. Whether you're more introverted or extroverted, the most important things are being respectful, tidy in shared spaces, and open to communication.

The Space:
-private bedroom
-private guest bathroom (not en-suite)
-rent is $1,312/month
-utilities split evenly
-lease through the leasing office (must be 22+ per complex rules and must qualify

Apartment Features:
-gorgeous kitchen with island seating, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, fridge (double-door style)
-in-unit laundry
-valet trash, pest control, and on-site security
-pool access
-garage parking (availability must be confirmed with the leasing office)
-non-smoking community
-dogs are negotiable---must get along with my female ESA dog (non-negotiable)

About Me:
-a staff member at the university
-originally from Texas
-big fan of staying in to cook, binge-watch shows, and host friends---but also love getting out to explore new restaurants and all that Colorado has to offer
-I'm definitely more of a living room person, not a hideaway-in-my-room type. I enjoy sharing space and welcome open communication
-open to hanging out but also respect alone time

Roommate:
-someone who is financially responsible (can cover rent, utilities, personal expenses, etc)
-respects shared spaces (clean, etc)
-okay with animals and respectful of ESA
-comfortable with a shared-living dynamic
-communicates clearly and respectfully (especially about shared responsibilities)

Perks & Location:
-walking distance to Whole Foods, January Coffee, Boulder Depot, Barnes & Noble, Mason's, and more!
