4110 Monroe Dr Apartment B

4110 Monroe Drive Apartment B is a cute little 1200 Sq ft townhouse. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, and living room; there is also a half bath downstairs. Upstarts are where the bedrooms and the full bath are. The building itself is older,... but they have put in hardwood flooring down stars and have completely redone the bathroom upstairs pretty nicely. The bedrooms are decent size; you can comfortably fit a queen size bed. we are on ground level, and there is a nice decent-sized porch. The neighbors are quiet and nice. The neighborhood is right by an elementary school and east campus, so it is quiet and social at the same time. I love the area; I feel it is a cute little secluded neighborhood. Since we are so close to the east campus, you can easily walk to the bus stop to take the bus. The heater is electric, so the only utilities to pay are the wifi and the electricity. The water and trash are already included in the rent. The neighborhood also has a nice inground pool for summertime.
