The available... room is large, with its own vanity sink and a shared toilet and shower with one other person. Jack and Jill style bathroom. Large close with plenty of space. The room comes furnished with a bed frame, full size mattress, desk, lamps, and a full length mirror. All the furniture including the mattress is very well taken care of and barely used- bought only two years ago.
Living room with fireplace, hardwood floors. Kitchen with dishwasher, brand new fridge, microwave. Downstairs bath has a brand new washer and dryer. Bright sunny windows, lots of natural light.
The house is walking distance to campus, only a 12-15 minute walk from Muenzinger for reference. Great location, 10 minute walk to pearl street!
There is one roommate with a cat but he is very friendly!
