Looking for someone chill yet responsible to take my place for when I study abroad from Jan-May 2025! If you want to stay for the summer, you probably could as I may try to stay international or will go back to California. Also, the fall pre-lease... has not been signed yet. If you'd like to continue to live here in the Aug 2025-2026 year you could make that work as of right now!

This 2 bed/1 bath unit is part of a quadplex (like a duplex but with 4 units), and it's a cute, airy little space with vinyl floors. It's also located on the top floor, and unlike the other units there is nobody underneath us. The kitchen is great with well-working stainless steel appliances and even has a little view of the mountains. Nice amount of counter-space and cabinets too. We also have a hallway closet which is wonderful for storage. AC works great and is a godsend during summer! There is a separate room down below in the quadplex that has a modern Samsung washer and dryer with no need for quarters! There's also a mini storage unit downstairs.

BTW, your roommate, Gaby, will have a cat.

As for your room, I'll remove all the posters/my personal decorations, but I can keep the bed frame, desk, desk chair, my drawers, and the mattress (if you'd like) there for you. While a little snug, it is still quite a cosy room that has a nice amount of closet space.

Transportation is great around here--CU bus stops are just a 4-5 minute walk away, both Will Vill and Stampede busses stop there so you are almost always guaranteed a ride to and back from campus. We're a 3 minute walk from a a B-Cycle station too so that comes in handy. Right outside is the bus stop for the Bound bus going south, and right across the street is the North stop that goes towards King Soopers.

The rent price does not include utilities. They do vary per month, but grounds is a flat rate of $40.

Tenants pay 25% of trash, water, and common utilities (like gas). This can make the prices of utilities vary from month-to-month.

So far, our avg. electricity bill per month has been $55.

Looking forward to meeting you! Feel free to send me a text or call if you're interested!
