Additional Roomie Needed / House Next to the Hill and Close to Campus!! (Shared Housing)

We are two CU students who will be seniors this Fall, looking for a third (ideally female) roommate to join our lease! Our names are Taylor and Nyah, and we have lived together previously. We would love a roommate who also wants to be friends. We... have a partially social household, meaning we love to go out to bars on Pearl St or Denver, concerts (we loveeee EDM and jam bands and creative music in general!!) and also love having friends over whether that's for movie nights, cooking dinner, birthday celebrations, you name it! but also enjoy our quiet time. We are studious and like to study together. We usually head to our own rooms on weekdays, but stay up pretty late on weekends. We'd love to have a roommate who operates the same or in a similar way!

The house is on 7th & Marine St, a great location close to Pearl, just on the edge of the Hill, and less than a 20 minute walk to campus. It is all newly renovated and comes furnished! (NOTE: your room would be the pictured room with the two twin bed, there is now a queen bed in that vacant room, different than pictured). The open bedroom has great natural light, a pretty spacious closet, and a shared bathroom. The house has a central heating system as well as AC (the system is Nest), a big front yard and porch, as well as a side yard with a large table and outdoor fire pit. The whole house has great natural lighting. There is also a new washer & dryer. We have an awesome L couch we plan to move into the living room, and fun decor as well. We plan to dress our living room up with lots of color, so if that's you, get excited to contribute!
