House Next to the Hill and Close to Campus!!

We are two CU students who will be seniors this Fall, looking for a third (ideally female) roommate to join our lease! We have lived together previously and would love a roommate who also wants to be friends. We have a partially social household,... meaning we love to go out to bars and concerts and have friends over, but also enjoy our quiet time. We'd love to have a roommate who operates the same or in a similar way!

The house is on 7th & Marine St, a great location close to pearl, just on the edge of the Hill, and less than a 20 minute walk to campus. It is all newly renovated and comes furnished! (NOTE: there is now a queen bed in the vacant room, different than pictured). The open bedroom has great natural light, a pretty spacious closet, and a shared bathroom. The house has a central heating system, a big front yard and porch, as well as a side yard with a large table and outdoor fire pit. The whole house has great natural lighting. There is also a new washer & dryer.
