Looking for two individuals or one couple for open rooms in a 3 bed/1.75 bath apartment in downtown Boulder. Two rooms are available at $1,100 each, and the two rooms share a full bathroom. The smaller room also comes with a free reserved parking... spot (street parking available). Tenants split electricity and internet ($40-$60/month); sewer/water/trash included with rent. Unit has in-unit laundry, good storage, and is walking distance to both Pearl street and the CU campus. Graduate students or working professionals only. Lease goes from July/August 2025 to July 2026 and is with a couple (graduate students), two adult cats, and two betta fish. Unfortunately, the HOA doesn’t allow dogs, but cats and other pets considered on a case by case basis.
