Available Now - January Rent Free - (dog owner encouraged but not required)

1 bedroom for rent in a 2 bdr/1ba apartment. Very close to East campus (~10 min walk, ~10 min bike to main campus). The Zillow listing has photos that are pretty representative of the unit (click on the 1 virtual tour link on the main photo).

Rent...
is $847.5/month. If you move-in in January, happy to pro-rate the rent to your move-in date. Utilities are ~$75-$100 per person each month. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi! I'm a PhD student (woman in mid-20s) in chemical engineering at CU and looking for a roomate to move-in the month of January (big plus if you own a dog but not necessary). Ideally, you are moving-in January, but please reach out if you think you'd be a good fit even if you're looking to move-in a different month. My current roomate is graduating in December. The lease ends 07/30/2025, and I am considering renewal.

A little about me:
Outside of my research studying batteries, I like to cook, bike, run, hike, climb (just starting), and try out new activities. I'd be open to doing occasional activities but am also flexible if you prefer to do your own thing. I would say I'm a pretty chill roomate and have adapted to living with all sorts of folks.

Would love to chat more and set up a video call or in-person showing of the apartment and get to know you if you're interested! Please let me know if you'd like to chat, would like to see more photos, or have any questions!
