Baseline Rd Apartment, leasing for next year

Looking for a female roommate for a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Vistoso Apartments, next to Baseline Road. Enjoy your own bedroom and bathroom, and share a very nice kitchen and living room with me. The apartment has its own... front-load washer and dryer, air conditioning, gas fireplace. It is unfurnished, but your bedroom comes with a full bed, or you can bring your own bed. I have a sofa for the living room and I can bring a dining table and chairs and a TV.

The building is new, safe, quiet, has elevators, a courtyard with grills and seats, a gym and secure exterior doors. There is a mix of student and non-student residents in the building. The apartment comes with underground parking and storage locker. RTD stops in front of the building, the campus is steps away. Safeway, Walgreens, restaurants are across the street.

Your share of the rent is $1,500/month, plus your share of electricity and internet costs about $100/mo. Security deposit is $1,500.

I am going into sophomore year as a History major, I'm neat and clean, don't drink, smoke, use any drugs. I hate personal drama and fighting, I have a friendly, positive personality. I study hard but enjoy fun conversations, watching shows with good cinematography, hiking and walking on campus.

(The pictures used on this listing are from the Zillow listing since I am not a current resident)
