Bedroom for Rent, perfect for graduate student or faculty

We have for rent a 1 bedroom within a 2-bedroom condo that is located just west of the Baseline Reservoir. Private bathroom with shared kitchen, laundry and living room. High speed internet and utilities are included in the rent. The condo is located... a short distance from the Table Mesa Park-n-Ride transporation center. Parking is available on a first-come/first served basis inside the complete (must park in a space that is not numbered) and also along the street in front of the complex. The Boulder campus is a ten minute drive. Wholefoods and Safeway are about a five minute drive by car, and there is a PDQ market and gas station across the street.

The unit is shared with another tenant. The complex is quiet and offers easy access to the bike paths. It's perfect for a graduate student or someone who doesn't want to live in the hustle and bustle of downtown Boulder.
