Bedroom for Sublease in Adorable House on 11th (SPRING AND SUMMER) (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I am subleasing my bedroom in the cutest house on 11th street. The house is in prime location for access to the hill and campus. I live with 5 other roommates who will also be going abroad for the spring semester so if you have a group of friends... looking that would be great! My room has a full-sized bed, dresser, desk, clothing rack, and small closet. I installed an in-room air conditioner as well as a digital door knob that uses passcode entry. My bedroom is on the first floor and shares a bathroom off the kitchen with two other people. The bathroom has a great shower and sink, with lots of storage. There is a large living room that has 3 couches, a flat screen TV, and a cute window nook. The kitchen is very updated with two fridges, a working dishwasher, lots of storage, and other appliances. Connected to the kitchen is a sunroom that has a table, a pantry, and a door to the backyard. The basement has a washer and dryer that work amazingly.
