Room is the largest in the house, upstairs. You would share a bathroom with one person upstairs and the other one is downstairs if needed. Roommates tend to keep things pretty tidy and you would be put on the chore list to help out with dishes,... cleaning, etc. The house has a nice kitchen with microwave, stove and oven. Washer and dryer downstairs. Landlord pays for the water but we split the other utilities and wi-fi among the five of us. It usually ends up being less than $50 total a month. The backyard is pretty large and theres a shed we use for storage of bikes and things alike. Also couches and tv in living room downstairs next to a fireplace.
