This property is a 2-bedroom apartment in the Goss Grove/Pearl neighborhood. I am subleasing 1 of the bedrooms from early May to early August (when the 12 mo. lease ends). The start date is flexible but the end date is not. My current roommate (F) is... an absolute joy to live with and anyone who takes my room will be lucky to have her. She is currently unsure if she will be living in Boulder through the whole summer, so you may have the unit to yourself for a bit of it. The apartment complex is owned by Boulder Property Management, and I have had no issues with them throughout my time here. As for property management companies go, they seem to be one of the most reliable and organized. This apartment is great for the location, natural light, top floor (no upstairs neighbors), and size. The kitchen appliances (oven, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave) are in good condition as well as the bathroom. The living room is furnished (couch, coffee table, kitchen table) but the bedroom will not be furnished. However, some furniture items can be left upon specific request. There are shared coin-operated washers and dryers in the basement of the complex, as well as a storage locker for each individual unit. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from campus.
