4 rooms available in a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house with an amazing fourth floor deck with great views of the flatirons. Current tenants include one male who is a young professional. We will allow one dog for $35/mo but it must be social. No cats... because of allergies.

Rent includes most utilities. Home has semi-private bathrooms, three car garage, two large yards, lots of storage, family room, large kitchen and dining area, Wash/dryer, mudroom, BBQ porch, ample on-street parking. Current occupants are active professionals in our late 20's and 30's. No smoking. The house is kept clean.

Deposit is one month's rent, last month's rent needs to be paid in advance, and lease runs for one year.
