Charming/updated farmhouse on beautiful property

We have two indoor/outdoor cats and ideally, would love to find cat-lovers to care for them while we're away. If that's not possible, we'd find other accommodations for our kitties.

Our north Boulder home is in a lovely neighborhood with mature... trees and easy access to hiking, biking, and walking trails.

Our renovated farmhouse has an in-home office with high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, large sun room, and fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy meals on the private deck overlooking a large side yard, complete with an in-ground trampoline, or on the sunny patio adjacent to the veggie garden.

This house is great for a family, grad student, or professional looking to explore beautiful, hip, Boulder, Colorado and its stunning surroundings.

Our home is 4 miles from bustling downtown Boulder -- which is easily accessible by bike, car, or city bus. It's also a 5- to 10-minute drive to various hiking and biking trails and about 15-20 minutes to the closest river. Also, minutes from our home, by foot, you'll find parks, a pool, and neighborhood tennis courts. We love taking walks on the quiet streets surrounding our home and have the best neighbors!
