Our home is well appointed, conveniently located yet just out of the hustle and bustle of the Boulder Bubble. On a quiet cul de sac, on a trail,... surrounded by parks and close to markets, gyms, yoga studios, and many restaurants and bars. Your choice, feet, bikes, or even a car.
You will have a whole floor (800 sq ft of brightly lit basement) to yourself including a large separate bedroom, a full bathroom, large living room, dining area, and working area, all fully furnished!
We seek to cultivate a warm environment of kindness, clear and direct communication, laughter, while sometimes breaking bread or jumping into just about any outdoor adventure as possible. We are pretty Colorado basic, and Boulder lite.

When does it start? August 1, 2025 (This lease can start presently as well)
What financial commitment is required up front? First month, last month, security deposit, all due at the time of signing
Are utilities included? Yes
Is there a separate entrance? There are 3 entrances to the house. Historically housemates have used the shared front door, although the garage entrance can be used to enter the garden level apartment space without going through the rest of the house.
Is there a kitchen in the space? No, the kitchen is the most significant shared space, on the main floor. There is a microwave, mini fridge, and water boiler in your unit, as well as an additional full sized fridge in the garage. Housemates have dedicated main floor fridge and pantry storage, in addition to the bonus spaces mentioned above.
How bright is it in the space? The space is really bright for a garden level/basement space. The bedroom has a large window, the main space has 3 windows, the bathroom has 2 windows. All fixtures have been updated with adjustable full spectrum light, as well as soft white matt walls that enhance a bright and cozy atmosphere
Can I bring my pets? No other mammals please, there are already 2 dogs and a cat
How many people live there now? 2 others, my partner and I. We have been living in community together, and before, for many years.
How many additional people can join the community under this agreement? Realistically 1, but the right couple could work as well.
Can I have the space unfurnished? No, we can move some things (think the mattress), but do not have the storage to move everything out. The space basically comes fully furnished, but there is some room for personal effects, art, some furniture, and electronics (no TV provided).
Can I put up my own art in the space? Of course! Let's get the space feeling cozy and homey for you!
Is there additional storage for my bike and skis? Yes, for sure! In the garage, which is a work in progress but has plenty of space. There is also a nice storage rack, and a full bedroom closet in the garden level/basement space.
Are weapons allowed? No, they are not.
Are drugs allowed? Only the kind that are legal in Colorado, only if used responsibly, and not in any commercial capacity.
Can I run a business out of the space? Only if it is the telecommuting variety, does not require registration at, people, clients, large deliveries, warehousing at or distribution from the house.
Is that the exact address? No, we share the exact address at the time of showing, but everything in Boulder is about 10 minutes away by car.
What else is required to join? A friendly 2 way interview conversation to check for fit and feel. Background checks, credit checks, and references, all standard for the process.
