Sublease Available – Private Room w/ Porch on Pleasant Street (8 bedroom Green House Behind Main House on Pleasant)

Looking for someone to take over my room in the spring while I am abroad. The house is 8 bedroom, 4 bathroom. The house backs up to... the alley, so it feels private and quiet, but it’s still super central.

About the House & Room:
- Large bedroom on main floor with sliding glass doors that open to a private porch (I can leave the furniture if you’d like).
- Bedroom closet + hall closet (to yourself) + underneath bed storage (if you want my bed frame during your lease)
- Shared bathroom with one other person (or maybe to yourself if she doesnt sublease!)
- 8 bedrooms total, 3 on top floor, 2 on main floor, 3 in basement
- Furnished living room and kitchen
- Porch gets great light, theres a light fixture out there as well — perfect for coffee, reading, or hanging with friends.
- Shared front yard, multiple outdoor seating areas with string lights for relaxing or hosting.
- Spacious common areas with plenty of natural light.

Parking:

4 parking spots total (first come, first serve). Shouldn’t be an issue since most housemates are going abroad, and not everyone is subleasing.
