Come live in Wonderland! We are looking for two young professionals or to join our friendly home in a quiet neighborhood around the corner from Foothills Community Park and 1 block in from Wonderland Lake. Tons of beautiful hikes and runs just steps... from your door! The house also features a spacious yard, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms (for 4 bedrooms!), vaulted ceilings and tons of windows that keep the house flooded with natural light.

Bedroom #1 ($1400/mo + utilities)
On the east side of the house, hardwood floors, a large closet, large windows, and shares a full bathroom with only one other person.

Bedroom #2 ($2000/mo + utilities)
A converted garage ADU with a private entrance, carpeted throughout.
Upstairs: bedroom with seasonal flatiron views, a large closet & attached bath. Downstairs: private living room or WFH office with a beautiful bay window and private fireplace.
Does not have its own kitchen, but you are welcome to use the main house kitchen and/or we are open to discussing adding a mini-fridge, microwave & hotplate for the right tenant.
Doors open to the main house living room/kitchen if you wish to socialize, but when closed, give you a private humble abode. Can be furnished for an extra $200/mo.

Year long lease preferred; open to discussing shorter term options, as needed. Locally owned, no property management company. Move in is possible anytime after 8/19. We value quiet, respectful and tidy roommates who enjoy occasional socializing—think shared dinners, hikes & ski days. Not a party house; we prefer quiet evenings, early mornings, minimal drinking, and a smoke/drug free home.

Current housemates:
Summer (27, F) is a ChemE PhD student at CU, works mostly from the lab, and enjoys early morning gym sessions, evening walks & experimenting with fun new recipes.

Bryce (26, M) runs a solar company, works from home and loves to ski, bike & run.

Julie (27, F) is a Data Science masters student at CU, works a part-time remote job and enjoys gravel rides and long hikes.

We all work relatively long hours but also love to share meals and have fun outside!
