Creekside Apartments - Looking for a Roommate
Looking for a roommate (or a couple who wants to share a room) to share a 2 bed/1 bath apartment at Creekside Apartments. 5-minute bus-ride or 15-minute walk to campus. I've lived here for a year and I love it, it's close to campus, the landlord is... responsive, and I've never had any issues with neighbors or package theft.
The place is furnished with two couches, a coffee table, two side tables, an entertainment center, and lamps. And in the bedrooms there is a mattress, bedframe, lamp, desk, and chair. You can bring your own furniture if you'd like and leave any unwanted furniture in the hallway when you move in.
Water and heating are covered in the rent. An AC unit is provided. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, and electric oven.
It is a year-long lease with the option to renew. I will be graduating May 2026 and moving out at the end of the lease.
