Our apartment complex welcomes everyone! I have lived here with my roommate for 2 years and we have never had any security issues. The maintenance guy is almost always on call and has helped us in the middle of the night when we lost our keys. The... pool is closed for winter, but it will open again when it warms up (it's very nice!). The laundry machines need coins, but there is a machine in the laundry room to get coins to use. The laundry room is very big, and I have never needed to do laundry and not been able to get a machine! We are on the second floor, and you can use the stairs or the elevator.
The apartment building is in a great location for walking, biking, and getting the bus! We are a two-minute walk from the bus stop and right along a walking path. Since the building is located right behind the BaseMar shopping center, you can walk to these shops. Close enough to campus that you can easily walk there as well!
My roommate is incredibly friendly and welcoming! She is excited to meet someone new. We have a cat in the apartment, but he will be leaving with me and will not be in the apartment for your sublease! I will deep clean before I leave to avoid any allergy issues.
