CrownHill Apartments

Unit is a one bedroom ground floor unit with one assigned parking spot outside the front door and a patio/back door that faces university ave. In Unit washer and dryer as well as a window AC unit that can be removed during the winter months. Dead... bolts and door alarms are installed on both doors. Most utilities are included in rent. Unit walls have been sound proofed so the neighboring greek house parties don't disturb. Per the terms of the property HOA no pets are allowed. Properly licensed service animals will be considered.

Private owners are the landlords so you won't have to deal with large property management companies. Lease is for 12 months upon signing, however the landlords are open to considering other lease terms. The new moxy hotel, boulder convention center, and CU alumni center are across the street from the property and the area is often patrolled by campus security along with private security companies hired by the neighboring greek houses.
