Cute North Boulder House (easy bike or bus to campus!)

My name is Lucy and myself and one other girl (Kyla, 27) are looking for a third housemate! The house is a single story home with a ton of room for gear storage and a beautiful backyard, located in North Boulder right near Salberg Park. The photos... are from the current tenants, so bear in mind we will have it organized differently when we move in August 1st :)

A little about me: I’m 25 and a PhD student in Sociology at CU studying reproductive health. I’m a triathlete and also love to hike and ski! Grad school is hard, but spending as much time outside as possible is a priority to me and I try to put that first. I value kindness more than anything, and I take great pride in being a good friend. I’m generally very clean, I go to bed around 11pm and wake up at various times depending on workout schedule, and I have a lovely boyfriend who comes over a couple times a week. I’m severely allergic to cats, so unfortunately I can’t live with one, but dogs are fair game!

I met Kyla recently, she's currently working on a project with NOAA and in her free time loves to mountain bike, ski, climb, and sew. We're looking for a housemate in their mid to late twenties who values a clean and respectful shared space, is open to honest communication, and appreciates both quiet time and house hangs.

If you think you’d be a good fit, please message me and we can find a time to meet up or call and chat!
