About the house

Peaceful yard with lounge space and a garden (will be used next spring)

The room available is on the main floor and shares a bath with Kelly.

About the Roommates
Mowgli (27):
Recently returned to school at CU to integrate structural engineering into public arts. In the limited time between classes and study - they enjoy creating art and outdoor recreation. Mowgli is an extroverted introvert and enjoys sharing goofy and social energy as much as they enjoy personal relaxing time.

Dave (36):
An avid lover of all things live music. and dancing and has an ever growing vinyl collection. He also plays music, mostly bluegrass/acoustic stuff.

As most Colorado folk, Dave loves the outdoors. In the summer he spends time hiking, biking, camping, foraging and digging in the dirt for crystals - in the winter Dave will be skiing. Currently working for USPS but have spent the last few years in CBD labs and building hiking trails before that.

Kelly (25)
Kelly moved to Colorado after getting her BFA at The College of New Jersey. Living the classic colorado life, Kelly was a ski and snowboard instructor this winter and is looking forward to the next seasons to dive back into her arts.


Before moving in, our landlord must approve.
For move in, 1st month rent and deposit.
Lease length until 08/25 but we will be renewing the lease.

What we are looking for in roommates:
We mostly do our own thing but do enjoy sharing space with one another when the time calls for it. We do love our space and it is set up well for social events - although we do not want a party house, social happenings are wonderful. House vibes are simultaneously working professional/student and happy hippies - looking to further develop the artist energy in the house.
