Flatiron View Apartments in South Boulder

Listed on behalf of my girlfriend. Her message is as follows:

Hey all! I am looking to sublet my room in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment on Thunderbird Dr!! It is a cozy, pet friendly (with approval from roommate) area for a good price. It comes with a... pool and shared laundry. I will be leaving my bed, nightstand and desk so the room is furnished. It is a walk away from the bus station and about a mile and a half walk from Bear Creek housing. I loved living here but unfortunately had to move due to family emergencies. You’d be living with a 20 year old female CU student who is one of my best friends.
My half of the rent is only $917 before utilities which only usually add about $50 however we also pay for internet outside of that. DM with more questions : )
