Hi! My name is Jaimie, and I’m looking for two new roommates for a townhouse in central Boulder, starting anytime between now and July 1 (preference for earlier)! Total rent is $4500/month, but I would take the upstairs suite for $1800/month leaving... the other two rooms at $1350/month. (Trash included in rent. Landscaping & Snow Removal included in rent.
