Hello! I am an individual owner and this condo is my home (I love it!). I am a professor at CU Boulder and am traveling this school year for sabbatical. I am hoping to find someone to live here for the school year who will love it as much as I... do!

Great place for graduate students, faculty, and working professionals.
Move in as early as July 16. Looking for tenants for 12 months. Open to renting 10 months (for the school year), or by semester.

Direct bus to CU Boulder, downtown Boulder, and most other Boulder locations (I take the bus regularly, and it's easy/convenient)
--1.5 miles from downtown Boulder
--2 miles from CU Boulder
Most places in Boulder are 5-8 min by car

Complex and surrounding area:
-quiet complex with Olympic sized pool, hot tub, and sauna
- shared bike/walk paths that my complex to the rest of Boulder
- Grocery store across the street, in a complex with restaurants (tacos, thai food, rush bowls, sandwich place)
- More food options within a mile or two (including a Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, a farmer's market, and farm-share options)
-local breweries, restaurants, and beautiful hikes and mountain views located in Boulder, within a 5-8 minute drive (or accessible by walking, ride share, or bus).
-Denver is about a half hour drive away.
- Within an hour: Red Rocks, Rocky Mountain National Park, Netherlands, Brainard Lake, Eldora ski resort, and more! Garden of the Gods is also about 1.5 hour drive away.
