Looking for 1 person to occupy 1 private bedroom in a furnished 2 bedroom, 1 full bath, fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room and separate entrance in sunny, garden-level, 1,000 sq foot unit which is located in the downstairs of my home. The... rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Currently 1 private bedroom is available. Unit will be shared by one other roommate, he has his own private bedroom and is a 25-year-old male, who is considerate, clean, and a working professional. Everything is either brand new or in great condition. The kitchen has all amenities, pots, dishes, utensils, etc. The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, bookshelf, desk and decent sized closet. If needed, linens are provided. The unit has a washer and dryer. We are a clean and quiet household. I am the owner and live upstairs. I will not be in your space except to do laundry occasionally.
