Goldrun

The condo is located just off 28th Street, close to campus and right by a bus stop. It comes with free parking, a community gym and pool, and has a cozy, welcoming vibe.

There are two rooms available:

Downstairs Suite:
A spacious, private suite...
with its own bedroom, bathroom, three closets, a living area, and a small patio with a sliding glass door. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys having their own space — or even for a couple. It’s basically like a separate apartment with a shared kitchen upstairs. If you and a friend are looking to split the suite for a more affordable setup, I’m happy to chat about that!

Upstairs Room:
Located across the hall from me on the second floor, this room has great windows, lots of light, and a private bathroom. It’s spacious, quiet, and perfect for studying or relaxing.
