Goss Grove Apartment (Shared Housing)

Looking for a roommate for one bedroom in this two bedroom apartment! This apartment is within walking distance (roughly 20 minutes) to both campus and Pearl Street/downtown Boulder. Several bus stops are located near the apartment and are very... convenient to use.

The unit itself is a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living/dining area on the first floor, and the bedrooms and bathroom on the second. In-unit laundry is also included. The rent covers water and trash services, and tenants are responsible for the electricity and wifi. The unit has heating but no central AC so window units are currently used for cooling.

A bit about me: I'm a second year master's student in the architectural engineering program at CU Boulder. While I'm not working or studying I enjoy mountain biking, doing puzzles, or hitting up the local public library to pick up a good book. I also currently have a cat in the apartment, so hopefully you’re a fellow animal lover or at least cool with having a furry roommate around! I'm looking for a fellow female graduate student, someone who’s easygoing but also respectful of shared spaces and can help keep the common areas clean and tidy.
