Grad students/Postdocs/Professionals: Rooms available in updated house w/plenty of space near campus

2 furnished (or unfurnished) bedrooms available in an owner-occupied house 10 minutes walking to both Main and East campus. Larger bedroom has an attached ensuite bath, the other shares a bath with 1 person. Both bedrooms are on the main floor (no... basement rooms!) with hardwood flooring, natural light, and a closet.

In addition to outdoor space backing to a creek and a kitchen with plenty of counter space, the house has an oversized gear garage with plenty of space to store bikes, paddleboards, skis, camping gear, workout gear, or whatever else you happen to have in tow. Make your Boulder vision come to life!

Owner occupants are a hetero couple in their late 20s - one CU postdoc, one working professional. We’re looking for tenants of any gender that are clean and friendly. Preference towards grad students/postdocs/working professionals for long-term leases, but flexible.

Bedroom 1 (Ensuite bath, dual closets) - $1500, available July 2025
Bedroom 2 - $1050, available now

Separate (individual room) leases, utilities split. No dogs or cats, small pets on a case-by-case basis. No smoking or marijuana. Has AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. Available now and/or for future lease dates.
