The bedroom listed is one of three bedrooms in the Unit at the Grandview Apartment complex. This apartment is located a five minute walk from the hill, a five minute walk from campus and a fifteen minute walk to Pearl st mall. In this unit there are... three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the room listed is one of two bedrooms located on the top floor along with a bathroom shared by the two rooms upstairs. In the physical bedroom there is a large window which you are able to open, a full sized closet, and the room can either come furnished or unfurnished depending on preference. The bathroom located in the hall on the top floor is shared, but comes with a privacy door separating the bath and shower from the mirror and sink. Downstairs the last bedroom is located, as well as the second bathroom. We have washer and dryer located in the unit, as well as dishwasher and fridge/freezer. You can sublease this place for the spring semester starting winter break if spring does not work for you, you can sublease for summer, or even sublease from winter to the end of contract in August.
