Date: Due to the change of work I am moving back to Texas. The starting date is flexible and lies from July 18th to July 26th.
Room Size: 10'3" x 12'4" w/ closet included. Shared bathroom with a gentlemen... doing his PhD in CU Boulder.
Traffic: About 23 mins to the main campus by car and half an hour by bus (JUMP route, 225, etc), with bus station within 10 minutes walk.
Living: Walmart and 24 Hour Fitness right across the street; Lafayette Police Department within 1 mile; Catholic Church right next to the house;
Furnitures: The bed with mattress, height-adjustable working desk, and chair can be kept for you to move in (will charge just little bit).
