Green Bean House: Amazing Location! Close to campus, chautauqua, and the hill!

The Green Bean House! We're looking to fill 2 bedrooms in a spacious 7bd/3ba house. It's 2 blocks from campus and right next to a bus line. It's also on the hill which is super convenient for going out/walking to events.

We have a garage we use for... storage/hosting, a large backyard, a front porch, and a deck (in progress). We also have a really nice large washer/dryer, heat, and a/c.

There are 5 upperclassmen girls living here, we're looking to fill 2 available rooms for a lease starting August 1, 2025! Looking for clean and organized roommates since we all like to keep the house clean. We also love to have people over and host fun events!

Details on the available rooms: Bedroom #1 is on the main floor and is $1375. Bedroom #2 is downstairs and is $1250. Downstairs is a second living room and its own private entrance. The house has 3 floors total.

We'd love for the house to be a social and peaceful space :) please reach out for more details or if you have any questions about the house!
