Hartford House

5 Beds 2 Baths - House

Hello beautiful Boulder!

Our house has 1 room open in south Boulder.

The house has 3 fine gents with one cool woman moving in in December. The atmosphere is relaxed but clean. We all take pride in making sure common areas...
are clean and tidy. Dishes aren't left out more than a day usually. We're gender-neutral meaning we don't care what gender you are or associate as, just be respectful purty please. We like to play music if you are into that! We all like hanging out from time to time with a show, food, or a beer on the porch, but also enjoy our hermitage, so whatever rocks your socks. We like to have potlucks and gatherings/game nights but that isn't super often. Any loud stuff is cut off at 11pm for the weekdays, 10pm for super loud stuff (drums ect). And if you need to go to sleep earlier for work or school we can all work with you for that. We are a very communicative house, any issues or concerns we address without tension and I'm pretty proud of us for that and I would like for that to continue.

We are all around our 30's working professionals.
We do have 1 cat named Sassy and she's a sweetiepie.

If you would like to come meet us, send me a message and see if the vibe suits you :)
