House close to campus!
This house is very cozy and an ideal location for a student! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are already taken by my 2 roommates. The rent is very cheap (800$ a month), and the lease is month to month. There is no in unit washer dryer, however the... building next door has a washer machine that takes quarters. There are 2 parking spots in the alley that the 3 of us switch off using. I didn't drive much when I live here because I was a 5 min walk from campus. My 2 roommates that live here play music and we often have jams/band practice in the common area. If you don't mind a noisy environment or play music yourself this house is perfect for you!
