House of grad students; Ready for move-in

The available bedroom is downstairs and the second largest bedroom in the house. It is partially underground but there is a nice large window which gets direct sunlight every morning. There is also a closet and a shared bathroom next to the bedroom... downstairs. It will be unfurnished.

I am moving out, and there are three others living in the house. They are all 25-27 years old (F, M, M). Two are PhD students at CU and the other has a full-time 9-5 job. Two of them are a couple (F, M). The house is very friendly and regularly hangs out, watches movies, cooks and shares meals, etc.

It is a nice 4 bed 2 bath house. Upstairs is the kitchen, living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, as well as two shared closets in the hallway. Downstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom, the laundry room, a closet under the stairs, the basement room, and entrance to the single car garage. Off the kitchen is a sliding glass door which leads to a pretty big deck where we have a few chairs and tables. The deck has stairs down into the backyard which has a large table, a grill, a hammock, a shed, and grass and trees. There is a lot of storage space for bikes, skis, equipment, etc.

Almost the entire house is carpeted except for the kitchen and next to the front door. The carpet and the thick walls dampens noise pretty well. The kitchen is pretty huge with lots of counter space and cabinets for storing pots and food. It is fully stocked and we also have many appliances.

The house is great! It is in good shape and there is plenty of storage space.
