I am still getting messages from incoming students looking for a July or August move-in. I will ignore these messages from now on.

Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease, starting June 1 or a few...
days later until 31st of July . Once you take over the lease, only then, there’s the option to renew for another year and renewal is every year. Just stating you can stay after taking the sublease.

I’m flexible with moving in anywhere between June 1-15.

This is NOT for JULY or AUGUST people. Excuse the capital letters but people skip over this and I need to write an essay about this to probably get this through. Or some people think that renewal means that you start moving in in July or August. No. You may stay after July 31st when this sublease ends to start an entire new lease for another year etc.

***If you’re an incoming student or something like that and are only interested in July/August/Fall move-in please do not respond. Too many people here respond to join the lease after this one ends or after June, which is not what I’m looking for. This is a sublease with the OPTION to renew the lease. What happens in August with this house is not my concern. That’s a whole new lease and I’m not the owner or landlord of the house!***

Room is unfurnished but you have the option to buy from me either or all: bed frame, mattress, lamps, chairs, desk, curtains. No pets allowed. No smoking.

You’ll have a closet.

This is a beautiful house in North Boulder. Current tenants are a postdoc, 2 working people and a PhD student at CU Boulder.

Available room is on the ground floor with shared bathroom with one person. Until May this will be the guy roommate whom you'll be sharing the bathroom with. He's very clean and in practice it's almost like you have your own bathroom.

There are two large living rooms (basement and ground floor) and a cozy office space on the second floor.
Laundry unit is in the basement in a separate room along with a very large storage area.

The house has air conditioning and heat.
There are 2 garage spots, 1 parking spot at the front of the house and guest parking/street parking.

The backyard overlooks a small community park and we have access to a small community pool nearby.

We are three girls and one guy looking for a 4th roommate replacement. CU Boulder graduate students or young professionals preferred who doesn’t smoke nor have pets and cleans after themselves in common areas.
