Large room in a spacious townhouse available for summer sublet (June-July)

I'll be subletting a large room in a spacious townhouse, in a very safe neighborhood. The room I'm renting is well-lit (3 windows) and it comes fully furnished.

The house has a big garage and a huge, beautiful backyard. There's a spacious basement...
with some cozy couches. The house has been recently renovated so it has great heat insulation (will help keeping the place cool during the summer). There's a barbeque grill that is ready to use in the backyard. The garage has a pull-up bar and some climbing training boards mounted.

The kitchen is open, airy and spacious. It comes with a big fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, standard stove unit, bread toaster, toaster oven, a coffee maker and lots of counter and storage space. There's a second fridge in the garage as well. There's ample plates, cups and utensils in the kitchen, so most likely, any kitchen appliances you need should already be present in the kitchen.

You'll be occupying one room in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit. However, two (full) bathrooms will be available for your use as the third bathroom is attached to the master bedroom.

You'll be sharing the space with 3 lovely roommates - who are grad students at CU and working professionals.

FYI, the rent does not include electricity, water, internet and trash. Utilities are usually under $100/month in the summer months.
