Looking for third roommate!

Hello! We are a house on the hill with three rooms looking for a third roommate! We are walking distance from campus and have 2 shared parking spots. The room we are trying to fill is in the basement with windows a bathroom and a common space area.... The basement was recently refurbished with new carpets and drywall. Our landlords are very kind sweet mom and pop style land lords.

About us:
We are two girls in our early twenties who both go to cu boulder for ecology and astrophysics respectively. We’re looking for a roommate who cleans up after themselves and is communicative. You will love living with us if you love music! Our home is an hub for an artistic and musical friends and community. We love spending time togetherand also value our alone time. Our house also functions as a rehearsal space for our band at least twice a week. This can be loud but we do not play past 10 on weeknights and are willing to work with your schedule. We have a back and front yard and a nice porch to hangout on!

This is a super fun place to live! It is convenient for student and great vibes! You will be hard pressed to find cheaper rent in this location!
