Modern Town-home

Private bedroom for rent in a modern Town home in Lafayette starting December/January. Located off Arapahoe RD and US 287, it's a quick 20 minutes to Boulder, within walking distance to Walmart and 24 Hour Fitness, with easy access to West Denver.... Best of all worlds!

Rent is $960. Utilities are pretty cheap too. We split internet (about $40 total) and water (around $140 total). The place has solar panels, so electricity is basically covered.

The space itself is really nice, natural light, modern appliances, and AC (solar panels cover the cost of AC!). There’s open space right behind us — I’ve seen eagles and red-tailed hawks and we get some amazing sunsets over the flatirons. The neighborhood is extremely friendly, we've had a happy hour with some of the neighbors!

In the house live two respectful and tidy gentlemen, both working and in their mid-20's. We keep a weekly chore chart, and spend time together doing the typical Colorado things.

I'm moving to Denver for work and looking for someone to take over the lease till May! Let me know if you're interested and we can take you through a tour of the space. :)
