Hi all! My roommate and I are looking to fill the third room in our home on the backside of Lookout Mountain.
🏡 ~15 mins from Mines/downtown Golden, <5 mins to I-70, 7 mins to Apex Park
🏡 Rent is $900 + utilities (electricity/gas + WiFi,... ~$70)
🏡 Sorry, no pets, but don't worry! We have cats, dogs, and chickens for you to love on (see photos)
