Mountainaire Apartments, close to campus
The apartment is in a nice location very close to the university campus. There is already someone occupying the other room in the apartment; he's a very nice guy who's pursuing a PH.D in music. He already has the place well furnished. The whole... building and the apartment itself was always kept clean, and I personally greatly enjoyed living here. The listed room, however, does not have a window, but instead has a pump of sorts that pushes fresh air in.
