Newly built spacious townhouse

Room is the largest in the house with a 15 foot long walk in closet, I fit a king bed very easily with room for a big tv and desk set up. Big bathroom with a large counter and very nice walk in shower that has a pano view of the flatirons. (3rd... floor)

Has five bedrooms, five bathrooms. Built in 2017- all the appliances are very new and nice. We have so many different small appliances- rice cooker, air fryer, waffle maker, ice maker, panini press, etc. Three stories, basement, and garage. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, oak plank flooring, high ceilings. TV and multiple couches, with plenty of chill areas- living room, kitchen island seating, dining room, garage set up, basement.

Unit parking behind building with a bunch of street parking(never need to drive around to find parking), and 3 min walk to bus stop that goes straight to DIA. 5 minute drive to CU/hill.

Quiet family neighborhood. Roommates are awesome- not loud besides some fri/sat nights, and almost never any dishes sitting around. We keep it very clean.
Preferably looking for fellow CU Boulder students.

4-7 month lease from Jan till may (also available during summer)
$1,200 + utilities.
