Newton Court, International-Friendly, Affordable Grad Housing (OnCampus but sufficiently distanced)

Located on the corner of Arapahoe Ave. and Folsom St. just slightly north of Central Campus, the unit is close to Safeway, many restaurants and several bus lines. It's a <3 mins walk to plus a BCycle docking station.

I'm the primary leaseholder...
of the unit. My current housemate has graduated and is planning on leaving by the end of March. The official lease restarts in August but I can add/replace secondary resident(s) on the lease at any time. I'm hoping to find a new housemate that is neat and LGBTQ-friendly, could move in in April/May and stay for at least the next lease cycle and beyond, but I would also welcome inquiries regarding a summer, short-term sublease (May-July 2025). Likewise open to those who are interested in moving in later in July/August for a new lease cycle.

The unit is a 2-bedrooms, 1-shared bathroom apartment. It's unfurnished on the lease, but we have furnished it with some of the essentials, including dining tables, cooking wares etc. The bedroom you'd have is about 10ft x 12ft, plus an 8ft x 2ft wall closet.

We presently have an in-unit washer/dryer but the communal laundry right in front of our building is also available for free.

Overall, it's a nice little unit and I look forward to making this place cozier with a new housemate!
