Nice/Quiet bedroom in a 2br 1ba Apartment

Hi all! I am a junior at CU in who just had a room open up in my apartment off of 28th and Valmont just behind the Rayback Collective. The room is available now and you are more than welcome to come tour it and meet me before deciding if it is the... right space for you. The unit has AC in the Living room, large windows in the bedrooms, updated appliances/kitchen, full bath (water paid for in rent), and a pool for when it gets warm in the summer. Super convenient location for hiking, bike trails, and eating/drinking out and about. Just a couple blocks away from major bus lines, grocery stores, and other necessities, this unit could be just right for you.
Looking for a roommate who ideally shares some interests, but definitely not required. Also looking primarily for a roommate who is clean, courteous, and respectful/responsible. The unit is no pets, sorry to everyone out there with fur babies. If you have anything else you’d want to know or need, feel free to reach out to me.
