Oak House -- Private Bedroom in 4BR Apartment on The Hill (Spring 2026)

Looking for a sublease for Spring 2026 (late December - early May) in a beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at Oak House (1107 12th Street). The apartment is centrally located on the hill, very close to the CU Boulder Campus and The Hill's... restaurants and shops!

The space is a fully furnished main floor apartment with hardwood floors, A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, and a front porch balcony! Shared kitchen and living room with three other CU students (all going abroad for Spring 2026, so up to four rooms available if you have friends looking together!). Front door and all bedrooms have passcode locks for entry.

Rent is $1,750/month with all utilities and fees included. Rent is negotiable, and I am willing to cover part of January's rent if the sublease is signed early.

Subleasing is available from December 29, 2025 - May 3, 2026. Timing is negotiable based on Finals or Move-in needs and opportunity to extend sublease through the summer if needed!
