One Bedroom in House on The Hill

Hi! We’re all senior CU girls who love living together and are looking for another girl to join our home!

We’re hoping to find an undergraduate, preferably an upperclassman, but we’re open to anyone who feels like a good fit. Someone who’s upbeat,...
social, and comfortable balancing school and fun would fit right in!

During the day, we focus on classes and work, but at night and on weekends, we spend time together — we have frequent movie nights, love cooking and baking together, and frequently host friends or occasional house parties (always planned thoughtfully around our class schedules and exams).

We live in a vibrant area on the Hill — just a 5-minute walk to campus, the bars on the Hill, and even within walking distance to Pearl Street. Parking spots are available through the property management company for an additional monthly charge.

We’re looking for someone respectful, fun, and responsible who picks up after themselves in shared spaces and is happy to help keep things clean. Pens and vaping indoors is fine, as long as it’s not anything too strong (such as no bongs or cigarettes, please). You can do whatever on the patio!

Our common spaces are fully furnished and stocked — we already have pots, pans, and silverware — so you just need to bring yourself and your bedroom items. There’s also a large basement available if you need extra storage.

We don’t have any pets in the house.

If you’d like more information, photos, or want to come see the place in person, we’d love to meet you!
